Mary Lowe – Solicitor, mother and fund raiser!
Although she is a top divorce lawyer, mother of three, Mary Lowe has always put her family first.
Mary has recently joined forces with the Park Street branch of Vincents Solicitors. The office is being rebranded as Mary E Lowe Ltd trading under Vincents Solicitors. She has become a partner in the branch with Phillip Gilmore and also a director in the wider Vincents Solicitors firm.
Her existing team of four has joined forces with Vincents solicitors and together they are able to provide the complete range of family and private client services.
For the last 7 years Mary has worked as a consultant for London based law firm Scott-Moncrieff.  In total she has 30 years’ experience of family law. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, First for Family Law and Resolution.
During this time, she has also been a fundraiser for Lytham Club Day, helping to raise the £30,000 needed every year to stage the event. She also finds time to support other charities and business networking groups. In addition to all this she finds time to support her daughters as they launch their own businesses!
Mary said: “It’s a very exciting time as this move allows me to be part of a much bigger business but to also remain in Lytham, serve the community here and continue to provide my clients with an extremely high level of service. It also means I’m still home for dinner, or to pop out for a school event which I wouldn’t be able do with a huge city centre corporate. There have been opportunities to move to London or to apply to be a judge, but neither were compatible with raising a young family in Lytham.”
I have personally had the pleasure of teaching Mary’s children, and what they have already achieved themselves is another story! I’ve also known Mary for a few years and I can only echo the words of the Managing Director of Vincents Solicitors, Phillip Gillmore who said; “Mary … is highly experienced, incredibly professional, and a genuinely lovely person …”
